Call for Special Sessions

In addition to the technical sessions, keynote addresses etc., ESEPE 2026 will hold a series of half day special sessions. ESEPE 2026 welcomes proposals of special sessions.

These special sessions should highlight current topics related to Energy Systems, Electrical and Power Engineering, and should include regular papers, invited presentations, and panels that encourage the participation of attendees in active discussion. We intend to organize a fruitful exchange of opinions and ideas between specialists in energy and power engineering, as well as encourage and facilitate interdisciplinary communication amongst university researches and industry professionals involved in energy and power engineering.

Special Session Proposal

Special-session proposals should be submitted by the prospective organizer(s) who will commit to promoting and handling the review process of their special session as Chairs or Co-Chairs of the event. Proposals should include the following information:

Title of the Special Session

General information of organizers (mail address of main contact person, biodata)

Brief description of special session

Scope and topics of the special session

Names of potential participants, such as program committee members and invited speakers
