Huihui Song, Vice Dean, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor of the School of New Energy at Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai), mainly conducts research on new energy and microgrid control technology. At present, she is the executive director of IEEE PES China Technical Committee, the deputy director of the Intelligent Detection and Motion Control Technology Special Committee of the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Society, and the member of the Energy Internet Special Committee of the Chinese Electrical Engineering Society. It has won the first prize of scientific and technological innovation in service industry of China Federation of Commerce, the first prize of scientific and technological progress of China Work Safety Association, the first prize of Yunnan Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Shandong Science and Technology Worker Innovation Competition, IEEE PES Outstanding Female Scientist Award, Weihai Green and Low Carbon exemplary individual, Excellent Master's Instructor, Advanced Tutor of Li De Shu Ren, and March 8th Red Bannerman of Harbin Institute of Technology. Published 54 high-level academic papers and 1 academic monograph titled "Application of Energy Forming Control in New Energy Systems". Applied for 51 invention patents and obtained 1 important high-value patent achievement in the energy industry.

Prof. Yu Wang

Chongqing University, China

Yu Wang is a Hongshen Outstanding Professor in Chongqing University. He has been selected for the "National-Level Young Talent Program" and the European Union's "Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship" program. He has published over 100 papers in international journals and conferences. He serves as an editorial board member for international journals such as MPCE, IET GTD, and IET RPG, and Secretary of the IEEE PES Energy Internet Coordination Committee Working Group, Member of the New Energy and Energy Storage Systems Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, and Member of the Smart Microgrid Committee of the Chinese Energy Society. He has been recognized as a Web of Science Highly Cited Researcher (top 1%) and included in the list of the World's Top 2% Scientists. His research focuses on power system dynamics and control, microgrid and distributed energy resources, and cyber-physical power system security.

Res. Peng Hou

Zhejiang Baima Lake Laboratory Co., Ltd., China

Principal Investigator (PI) of Zhejiang Baima Lake Laboratory, and currently holds adjunct roles including Distinguished Professor at Zhejiang University of Technology, Industry Mentor at Zhejiang University, Member of the Young Scientist Working Committee of the Zhejiang Society of Environmental Sciences, Vice Chair of the Power Meteorology Committee of the Zhejiang Society of Electrical Engineering, and Secretary-General of the New Energy Branch of the Zhejiang Overseas High-Level Talent Association, while also serving on the editorial board of IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Energy. He has led two national/ministerial-level research projects and has been recognized as a National Overseas High-Level Young Talent and a Zhejiang Distinguished Engineer. His scholarly output includes over 20 papers as first or corresponding author, 11 of which are in Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) Zone 1 journals, along with eight authorized domestic and international invention patents.
